I showed this picture to an Asian guy at work. He said the picture is from Vietnam. The sign in the backround says Welding & Bicycle repair. He said this is a "taxi". He told me you see lots of these over there. "Very Slow" he said. #ad
. It probably could carry 6 people. Thats the reason for the big cab.
