New DynoJet in Tulsa, OK

A local speed shop just got a new dyno. Another TDR member and I spoke with him a few weeks ago and he claimed to be able to pull an RPM signal off of a diesel and fit dualies. He charges $50 for 3 pulls or $75 and hour for tuning. I will go by and see him tommorow and get pricing and double check the RPM pickup. He ran a SVT club through on saturday. Ran alot of cars through and seems to really know what he is doing. Me and 2 other Tulsa TDR members will be there, and another one I believe will bring his 10 second Cuda. I think I will take my car also. So it looks like we will have at least 5 vehicles... lets get more! We need to get a date set and smoke this guys shop out.

I am game for that... I need a dern TQ number anyway. Right now 5th gear is blown out and a new clutch is in order.

While I have it all out... . the engine is coming out as well. Major HP and TQ increase is coming soon. Sometime after next week all this should begin taking place. Mid to late September is the best for me.

October the 8th is opening Mulie season in Idaho and it looks like I will be there. Late October or Late September I can make it though. I have a place in Chandler just down the turnpike from where you guys are at so... . I can run up anytime.

Let me know the date. I'd like to know what my RAM will really do. It's so heavy with aux fuel tank, tools, etc. , it's hard to know based on 0-60 times, etc. My son is currently working on a 69 Z28. We might bring it also. I'm only about a hundred miles away. Inlaws live in T-town.

I'm up for it. there is a dyno day here in KC the 14th and a day on the 27th in nebraska with kat that I have commited to other than those day's let's do it!

Still haven't had time to talk with the guy yet. But another TDR member from tulsa went by and checked things out. He does have an Optical sensor. BUT it ain't gonna be easy getting LB trucks in there. Probably will take a floor jack and some sliding. But on the same note if we wait till it cools down he might have a door up directly behind the dyno by then. I know thats in his plans. I will post some more info this week.



Don M you don't have to wait for a dyno day. He is open all the time. And you can get your Torque numbers also
