I reinstalled all the deletes (so those codes wouldn't show up as they had heartburn over it) and took it back to the dealer. The dealer had to redo the injector code. They had typed in a wrong number. As far as exhaust brake and high idle, they had to "turn them on" in the program. They discovered it isn't automatically turned on in the program when reloaded to the new ECM. All is well now. Took them only a few minutes to turn the 2 on. Of course longer to pull valve cover and reread the code. The tech had written it down correct, just mistyped it.
We have taken it on a trip with our 15K pound 5th wheel and it ran good except mileage was down from 11 to 9. My exhaust brake works in either mode, std or tow-haul. I have mine wired, thru a 2 amp fuse, so that it comes anytime I start. I don't have to push a button to turn it on.
