A friend of mine has a 99 24 valve and the ECM is bad. Is there a source to buy a new one?

Auto Computer Exchange can fix you up. I've used them several times with only one problem and they took care of it with no problem.

Cummins or Dodge for new ones, several places for rebuilt and used ones.

I believe most of them have been named unfortunately their are not that many out there.
