New Engine for my Dodge??

Picked up a bobtail load today in Corpus Christi and got so much harassment on the CB on the way back I finally told them I was going to modify my truck and put a bigger engine in it. Believe it would take a lot of modification and besides, it is the wrong flavor, 3406 Cat. What do you think.

This is off the subject but how do you like the 2" lift? Did you put it on because of the front end replacement? What brand did you go with? I assume yours is four wheel drive. By the way, that is a nice looking rig!

The truck is a 2-wheel drive. I put the kit on because of the air bags in the back just to level the truck out. I carry heavy loads and usually am pulling a GN trailer. I just think the truck looks better level than with the nose down look. As far as what brand, I don't recall, its been a while.

EB not to change the subject but how many miles you up to the Dodge?

As of right now, 97,368 miles. I thought I would be over 100K by now, but it has really slowed down since Thanksgiving. Think all the oil companies ran out of money at the end of the year. It will pick back up before long... I hope.
