New Exhaust and TST PMCR on tow vehicle

Installed a Jacobs Exhaust Brake and a HOG Exhaust system for a 04. 5 on my 2003 Crew Cab Dually. Fits like a glove. Now I have a true 4" exhaust all the way out. Then just to top it off I installed the TST PMCR with Gauges.

Now for the questions.

What is the best settings for running empty?

What is the best settings for pulling my 15K fifth wheel?

I run on 4:4 empty and generally tow on 2:2. You can also tow on 3:3 with realtively safe egt's btu I save that for when I need to embarass a Dorf. Towing higher than 3 will require you to watch the temps and it comes on so strong on the bottom I don't feel comfortable doing it.
