Where to buy a Smarty in Canada?

Anyone gotten rid of the cat, or are most of y'all leaving it for warranty paranoia? I'm thinking I should leave it on, but it would be nice to cut it off and run cooler... ... . thoughts?

As you probably know -

it's against the Law! Very stiff fines - and rumor has it that the new OBD can detect that this has happened and store the code... ... . not readily available to normal technicians... ... . real black box stuff... ... waiting to surface someday..... I hope someone can verify this .....

I think I'd leave it on and see how my egt's are. What Hammersley said. I think we will be seeing a lot tighter watch on these things from here on out. You know some agency is chomping at the bit to make some bank on stuff like this.

If you worried about performace and not warranty, get rid of it. Killer on the dyno. But if your more worried about warranty, then leave it on. I've had mine on for a while. Still sounds pretty cool. Drones pretty bad though... this is without a muff.

How restrictive is the cat compared to the stock muffler? How much more torque and lower EGTs are we really talking about by getting rid of it?
