Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) New family member

My neighbor got tired of me kidding him about his whimpy V-10 & 8 MPG, so he bought a 2002 CTD 2wd auto. He wants more power and I suggested that lots of TDR members have used an EZ box.



Question: Will his slush box hold up a an EZ or is he heading for transmission heaven?



I already told him he needs gauges abd to lose the muffler.
