Hmm, I don't know. With my truck at it's current HP level, I have an aeromotive fuel pump that I can suck the pressue down to 3-4 psi in a hurry and it is rated for 150 gph also.

Are you using this with your stock lift pump in place. I was thinking that the stock pump might be a resriction, Im am using a carter 2601 and stock pump

and mine does the same thing when I run 7/7 on my TST

For the gelling problem.

I run a RACOR 690 (10 micron) right out of the tank before anything goes into the fuel system. The RACOR can take a fuel heater and can have WIF sensor. You could heat the fuel right as it comes out of the tank and run warm fuel all the way through the fuel system right from the git go.

Just a thought. Here in central FL I never really thought about gelling, but I could put the heater in the 690 to take care of gelling problems.

What size is the factory line coming off of the tank?? If it's 3/8", Aeroquip makes a adaptor that allows you to hook up a -6 AN fitting to it, that's what I plan on doing if it is 3/8", no leaky quick-connects for me!!! Don't know the part#, but Summitt has it.

I've been told it's 3/8 OD steel line. I think I remember sticking a caliper on it. I've got a little fuel system work in my future and I plan on using a stainless compression fitting on the factory line to tie into it.

There is a Earl's fitting that worked on my 02 perfectly. 3/8 compression I think to AN-6 then carry on with the AN-6.

I got mine from Summit. I can get the part # once I get home from my truck log if you need it.

new ones are putting out 18 to 20 psi at idle. not much below 15 at wot.

I'm still running the old spring (waiting on the heavier one now!!!) so I can't say for sure where the pressures are.
