Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
My buddy just bought a 03 2500 4x4 6 speed man dodge with 24k miles for $31000 bucks 
I thought that it was a bit much.
he was complaining that he was not getting the fuel miles he need so he went back to the dealer and they said they would take off the swamp tires and put regular street triers on for him for free and change the oil.
He was happy so he did it . he says that they re flashed his program they said they had an upgrade from dodge .
He talked to mechanic about maintenance stuff and he told him that my truck would make better mileage than his 03 hes getting about 15 to 16 mpg
thats it??
After everything all said and done is getting 17 to 18 mpg where my truck is 16 to 17 if I'm good and for even better mileage i have to go down Hill with the motor turned off.
So should i go in a see about this so called upgrade flash for mine i would not mind the mileage.
