Finally getting around to some upholstery work on my 1996 Dodge 3500. Any suggestions where I can buy a replacement foam driver's seat?

I'm sorry I don't have any, but since we're looking into the very same thing or our 96, I will be watching this thread for any suggestions. Diana

I hate this when it happens! I lost the link to the seat repair, maybe if you do a search. You take the seat bottom out turn it upside down, remove the wire grid that hold the stuff together. Go buy enough 2" foam and a jute back carpet sample to fit the underside of the seat. Install the foam then the carpet then put the wire grid back in. I did this to my seat about three years ago and it still feels like a new seat, Cost about $10. I hope someone saved the link to the repair and will post it.

Hello

Six years ago, I noticed I was sinking into my seat. So I pulled it out and added a carpet pad and dense foam rubber. This worked for 1. 5 years, so I replaced it again. I met a Dodge Ram owner that was using a product from Air-Hawk. It is a 19"x19" seat that has a Air Valve for comfort and height adjustment. It works great; and that was five years ago.

Good luck
