New forum for good deals/money saving tips

Recently I came across a deal where you could buy 3 gallons of Rotella synthetic for the price of 1 through using an online sale and a rebate. After I posted it Robin asked how we could encourage members to post like things. This is what we came up with.



This forum is for you to post great sales, coupons, and rebates that you find. TDR advertisers will be able to post their sales here as well. What isn't allowed is group purchases - this is for existing deals that are in place. It's also not the place for you to be posting your for sale items - we have the classifieds for that. We will be monitoring the forum and will make adjustments as necessary to have this be of maximum benefit.



The other thing to post in here are good money saving tips. Things like the available starter solenoid rebuild kits for example - where you can save a ton of money by just rebuilding it instead of buying an entire new starter.



So let's help each other save money!

I saw this thread a while back, and I thought it was a good idea. Sadly, I see no one is really using it. Well, I happened to see this in a thread the other day, thought it qualified! If you have an 89-93 dodge, it's a dang good price.

Last week ordered a Hellmann fuel tank sump from derangedperformance.com, $155, no shipping, no tax. Arrived in two days. Am quite happy. It is the latest model, has a split inner ring so the sump can be installed without lowering the tank.

use a 2 oz siringe to fill power steering pump. and by the way the barrel fits into a gallon jug perfectly to draw fluid out. They squirt it in there is a snout on the end to fit in the opening of the pump and you push aginst the pump housing super easy works good and i will not make a mess. I have an air dog so the line is in the way for normal filling. This works like a champ. You can get them for under $2. 00 about any were.

Some people posting here for sales but we can classified for that because, it is a best option . You can choose one more option for money saving , where you can save tone of money by just rebuilding it instead of buying a new starter . Thanks to all the members of this forum site I really satisfied with your money saving instructions . Keep it up .

Local wally world is heavily discounting 5 gallon pails of Rotella 15w-40. $30ea. They had 2 locally and I took both.

The walmart has lowest price with $28.84. I just purchase the giftcard (I can save 5% more.)
