Lorenz 22% coils.

I'm running Lorenz's 22% stiffer coils on my '07 w/2000# camper. I do have the 2. 25 stock valved SAW shocks up front. My axle weights are: front= 4400#,rear= 4,000#. this combination gives me a compliant yet stable ride and handling. I haven't tried it empty but I'm sure it's too stiff.

I have a Reunel front bumper with the Warn 16. 5ti winch, adding perhaps 250 pounds to the front end of my 2004 Turbo Diesel. The KORE Chase suspension includes variable rate front springs and raised the front of the truck a couple inches. Ride is much better with the variable rate springs, which start out softer than stock but get progressively stiffer upon deflection, to three times as stiff as stock. The Chase system came with Fox shocks with external reservoirs and they seem excellent as well.

Bob4x4 has the choice set up, I'm 1/2 higher in the front and the ride is softer than stock. Check my signature

IMHO - what FLynnes said- seems to me spacers are like the Emperors New Clothes - they ask the original springs to due something they weren't designed to do. When I installed a ProZapp and M15 winch I upped spring rate to the heavier rate springs and have had no problems…So far (200K no problemos').

i put a full replacement bumper and (ranch hand) 12k hydrallic winch. I had a little less than 1/2 inch drop in front. . (Maybee because truck is full or crap. . on rear helpers i only have an inch of clearance without trailer. lol!
