New fuel system, now have a code. Won't make boost. Any answers?

I just currently replaced the factory tank with a fuel cell type setup in the bed on my 06. The factory tank is no longer in the truck. I installed an Airdog system which I have to say came with everything necessary for an easy install. My problem is it's now giving me a DTC code PO463. It says High Fuel Level Sensor. Does anyone have an idea of what this could be caused from? If anyone is running a fuel cell in their 3rd gen and had this problem, please let me know. This code somehow is effecting the computer and it now won't make more than 32 pounds of boost. It was making around 45 pounds before this install. I found this out on the dyno this morning. The graph was completely flat through most of the rpm range in both hp and torque. Completely flat, like it hit a wall very early in the rpm range. It made 506hp, 90x tq uncorrected with 32 pounds of boost. Thanks...

One thought. . we don't run any extra engine options... yet we've had the clamps on the turbo hoses come loose and leak... . Could you have a problem you didn't expect, nothing more than a loose clamp and a pressure drop from a leak... .
