Nobody will stock the plug there is a very small call for the plug. It is metal by the way and once the ecm and mount are removed it is fairly easy to see. When they do leak they will show at idle. All it takes is to run it in the air to see it dripping
It is just a press in plug,I don't remember the exact size but picture a tiny core plug.My friends 5. 9 recently developed a small leak in the same area. He hasnt torn into it yet, but is planning on doing it very soon as it is getting worse. Is this a threaded plug? I wonder if its npt? Just wondering if a regular old pipe plug would do the trick if not im going to show him this thread he may want to order one up because hes not going to like the downtime as he uses his rig to make money.

Could it be a fuel leak? I would lose that K&N before you have a real engine problem (pistons and rings).
