New grinding noise from pass side front wheel

Just talked to my dealer, and they said that they have had one other truck come in that makes this same noise and they traced it down to the crankcase breather making the noise? It sounds like a far cry but you never know. So I asked them on fixing it and they werent sure about a fix but they are looking into it.
