Installed Pyro, Fuel Pressure, and Trans Temp guages on 98. 5 24V stock 2500 with automatic.

What range is normal on these guages. I tow a 7K trailer and a 3K trailer mostly along the east coast, but I am headed out west next year. Truck has 187K with new lp and VP44.

Thanks for your replies.

Peace,

Pyro, keep it under 1200-1300 for long pulls. Ok to run higher for short bursts.

Fuel, you don't want it under 8 lbs at full throttle/load.

Trans is better keeping it cool. 250 is questionable. I doubt you will see it over 200 in the pan. Where is the sensor?

temp sensor

trans sensor is in the pan, upon further research I see that's not the preferred location, but that's where I was advised to put it by Geno's. What are your thoughts?

Thanks,

Don
