new guy with questions

Nice to finally get on the board. Could definitely use some help. I currently have a DTT VB and TC with upgrade kit sitting in my garage. Looking for someone in the Mid-Atlantic or Northeastern area to install the first or second wek of November. Wrote Bill K. and he has no installers in the NE NC area. Anyone have any ideas?
