Competition Closing the gap

Competition DHRA news!

Congrats to Matt Stuckey for setting a new #2 record on my dyno. 737hp. Of course you couldn't slap the smile off his face until Darren Morrison put down 754hp. :-laf

Congrats to both. The power was incredible. On the street both are insane. Both will blow the tires out with throttle blips. What in the world do you do with this much power.

Jim, that is exactly what Matt is doing. He basically took the cage bed bars out, put a sliding back glass in and pulled it off the track. But how any of you guys that drive this much power on the street make it without a wallet full of tickets just amazes me.

David is Matt the guy with the green truck that was at Houston?

I still want to know how many rpm's those trucks turn

Congratulations on the killer numbers that is a couple of bad trucks

Keep it in Valet and watch you butt, if that is his green truck from the pics in Houston then it white smoke 10 times more than mine, mines not bad at all till your really in it... ... ... it has a tight AFC spring and a #6 plate... ..... that's what controls it, but the injectors are Big.

It's allot cheaper to run on the rollers

Jim

I would like to congratulate Darron for his true grit! He has done all the

wrenching himself. He has spent tons of cash, and worked long hours

to get to this level. I can't wait for the first pass! Pro street 5500lb

no gas here we come!

Earl Stuckey is a name you don't know yet will be up next week for me

to tune his engine. This truck is being built for pro street also, and has

been spared nothing! Keep your eye on this one.

Hoss, Matt's truck is the Red one that did the burn-out. Darrens is the green one. Not sure what color it will be this season. He says he's about ready to paint it. Matt won't be running his red one anymore and will be racing his Dad's new Pro Street truck that Jeff spoke of.

Matt was spinning his at DI up there. What do you think the rpm his with the needle bouncing between the 6:00 position to 7:00 position. 5k or so?

Jeff, what else do you have out for trucks besides Darren's and Matt's? Isn't there a gray one, and maybe a blue full size, that have your name on them? Just trying to think off of watching the '04 Muncie movie. They all are a blast to watch! Congratulations to you and all of your customers for all that you have accomplished, and thanks for all of your hard work and putting on a great show at these events!

The gray truck is Mark Thompsons. He was here but has since moved to the big Mo state. A blue truck, I really don't know. The Dakota was blue but Jeff killed it. No more there. Still Jeff's race truck that ram'd a 9. 97 at Houston. That truck is probably retired. To much to do for NHRA's likeing. Next is Jeff's street truck. So far, 600 on one trubo and and a 12. 98 in the quarter. That was at the begining. We haven't been to the track since the latest work was done. The tracks around here are closed.

Bowling Green? We,ll see then.

Rhonda... ... ... Do you mean drive or race . You wanta have some fun, too. :)

. . Preston... ... ... ... on Jeff's computer. :D

And a stock cam. Do ya believe that? Off the shelf parts with Jeff's tuning. I believe it just might be possible for Darren's truck to reach 800 HP before Bowling Green.

This coming race season is going to be unreal for speed. But then we can do what Stefan says and just race brackett. There speed doesn't matter. "real racing"

. . Preston. .

So Darrin hit 754 after I left? Damnit I always miss the good stuff.

Rick, don't remember exactly when you left but he installed the new EDM's and had a little more timing added and lost about 100hp. Injectors came back out and Darren hit like 750, then 753, then 754 and we quit.

SDR opens this weekend, maybe Darren can get a few passes in and we can see where he's at. He still needs to do some suspension work though...
