i'll start from the beginning; I originally bought a set of used ddp 50hp nozzles (should have avoided used I know!) and gave my stock nozzles in exchange with cash, truck ran like pure crap after install so re did install and re torqued, never got any better so I ended up pulling them and taking them to my local bosch common-rail certified injection shop, they tested them and all six failed bosch specs on return flow (truck has 110k) so they were all rebuilt with bosch parts and reused nozzles and ended up one they couldn't get to flow right so nozzle was replaced with another from ddp. truck runs a lot better but still doesn't seem as good or as good of fuel economy as before/stock. so at this point I am thinking of throwing a whole gaggle of mods at the truck (already has built trans and efilive tuning) including a s475/stocker turbo kit, fass titanium, upgraded cp3, and step up to some 30lpm/100hp nozzles. so I was hoping to hear experiences with products on cp3's and nozzles. I would like to use industrial injection but have heard more negative things about them as opposed to smaller shops like todd at T&C diesel, john at floor it diesel, and mike at motorsport diesel/wicked diesel, and obviously exergy for the injectors. I do not need new injectors as mine now only have 2-3k on them but just curious what you guys think of II vs. others and also if connector tubes should be changed and if so should I use bosch or aftermarket? looking at 85% over pump but do I need a "new" 85% over or is a "reman" 85% over just as good of quality, I don't mind spending a lil more money if a better product but not if it isn't necessary.

Do yourself a favor, get new bodies to go with the new nozzles. A reman CR injector is far from a good performance platform to start with. All you will do is cause yourself issues trying to figure out why things don't work right when you start pushing the limits.

A set of the biggest BBI's would be a good investment if you want to crank the power up.

I don't know if I would go with the biggest... Stage 1's are plenty for most, and Stage 2's are great. Stage 3's and 4's are for well over 1K in hp.

I didn' think they had anything bigger than Stage 2's for the 124 degree spray pattern. Did they get the bigger ones out now?

True, if you stick to the OE spray angle the biggest you can get is Stage 1.5. People do run the 03-04 spray angle in the 04.5-07 piston thou. I was thinking more 03-04 since I have only tuned those ones.

The stage 1.5's would probably be a good nozzle for the twins in the OP's post..

I consider any Injector (CR) thats NOT reconditioned BY BOSCH (Don't buy the idea that the shop is certified BOSCH) molested or house reman...They are just problematic in most cases. Save yourself the heartache and misery and replace with Genuine New BOSCH or Virgin New BOSCH , Well more myth on pumps then injectors..Here's aftermarket 5.9 shaft with 6K miles, I have an entire box full of bad shaft ready for recycling.
