I am putting a new Pac Brake and 100 HP injectors on my 1998 12V Long bed, Quad Cab, which has 80,000 on it, I bought it brand new and it tows a 12,000 lbs 5th Wheel. I was wondering if any one would know how the injectors would relate to fuel mileage? Do you think I will use a great deal more fuel? I love the truck, tow a lot with it, Try to drive sanely and really looking forward to the exhaust brake as I've put on four sets of brakes and rotors in 80 K miles. The brakes kind of suck. Any one have any experience with the bigger injectors and their mileage? I have been a member for many years and love the TDR. I am kinda new at these Mods.

Thanks so Much,

Don't know about the injectors but you will love the brake. I have put in one set of rear pads & still OEM on front with 350,000 km

as long as your not messing around all day in your truck and doing burnouts in th drive way your fuel economy should go up, they say almost 2mpg. thats if you driving the way you should be. you will use more fuel, but only when you really mash it, you prob will get some smoke now too because of the 100hp injectors. anything over 60hp injectors is when you start to get some small clouds of smoke. hope this helps
