I am debating whether to put in F1 Injectors or A pressure box first??

Any ideas??

just curious which size F1's would you put in,the 40's or the 90's,I am wanting a set myself but not sure which size to get,on youre question,I would go with a pressure box first,I have the MP/8 from TS performance and I realy like it,I have several buddy's that have them MP/8's in their 06's and they love em

be careful with the mp8 on levels over 50% with stock injectors.

Don~ will atest to that

i have yet to see any pressure related problems with a stock or honed nozzel with ANY box over 50 %, why cant you show us any proof of nozzel damage? i guess it's just another way to sell dons nozzels

I'm not looking to stir a turd, but this is like the pot calling the kettle black. If I've ever seen an example of strong arm sales tactics, it was by you NGM.

does anybody know what Don M's does to his nozzels that is diferant from DDP or I. I? Or does he just say the nozzel is designed for pressure ... ... ... Oh but the body aint, sales pich or logical explanation

point is that i have never seen a nozzel fail due to pressure, but i have seen the bodies fail. bob said nozzels will fail, and i want some proof, thats all

Don starts with a blank tip and is not left at the mercy of the bosch quality control department, everyone else buys a blank tip from bosch and honeds it are whatever they do to them i believe that is the difference.

Does anyone make an aftermarket injector body that has proven to hold up to increased pressures?

no, not that i know of but there is a company making modded relief valves that can allow you to run higher psi and still save your injectors from cracking.

i have failed to understand how this can be possible. If we are seeing problems with injector bodies at the current psi, and you replace your relief valve which is set to go off at a certain psi that we currently experience problems with and you up the psi by making the valve hold more pressure how can this save injectors from cracking??

Not a stab at ya NGM but i want to know what i am missing from understanding this. thanks cody

i was implieing, to the people who have there rails caped or bolted, there is no relief in the system and it will work fine for a while but as with any metal there is a amount of flexing it can do before it cracks. now the ones who have done this capped (me) now have a alternative( modded valve) with will still safe guard the system and allow for more power at the same time. it allows a blow off at 29,000 instead of 26,000 or lower. and if parts need to be freed up or replaced it is also done, so the the valve may now function properly.

thanks for explaining that to me how much does one of these new relief valves cost. If the factory one opens is it done far are it closes itself back are is it more like a rupture disc that is only good for one time?
