I just put in a set of dr performance injectors. Thay are rated at 65 rwhp. I used to get 26-27 psi boost I now get 29-30. Is this about the right gain?

Sorry I can't answer your question but, just curious, why did you go with the Dr. Performance injectors as aposed to DD's or BD's.

What do they compare to???

Are these similar to lets say DD1's or the 275 injectors. Then that would seem right. How did you disable the waste gate on the HY???

With DD2's I can get a max of 35# boost. I have a turnbuckle and spring holding my waste gate back and if it isn't really tight I can lose a little boost. It amazes me how much pressure that little actuator can put out.

I went with them becouse the price was right. I picked them up use. Other wise I would have wnt with dd2 or dd3's. And my waste gate is disable. I also have a ez.

Just for a comparison, I have DD1m's, a VA, and PS boost module & elbow.

Ive never seen more than 30 psi on the Isspro Ev 0-40 gauge. Maybe 29-30 max, usually dont get on it long enough to get past 28.

So, if our boost gauges are calibrated close, it looks like your injectors are pretty close to DD1's.

I have DD 2's and a EZ on my truck right now

with the stock auto trans. I know the trans will

not last but I doint tow very much and I baby it.

I have not changed the line pressure but after I

turnbuckled the wast gate it shifts much better

for some reason. Any idea why guys?
