New Lift Pump In 2003

Does anyone know if the new 2003 Trucks have a improved Fuel Lift Pump? Also When Will The New Heavy Duty Automatic Transmissions come out in the H. O. Trucks???

The lift pump is diffrent. Better or worse only time will tell. We had a test mule come through the other day to have the trans swaped with a production 48RE so they can see how well the production ones hold up. I would think that they should be offering them in production trucks soon but I'm not sure.

Early power box testing is showing a drawdown to 3PSI at WOT with the lift pumps. Whether they hold up to that kind of abuse or not is still up in the air. We're trying to be proactive and are looking for an alternative solution, but haven't come up with anything yet.
