New Member with a lot of questions

Hey all, I have a Lot of Questions about the dodge/cummings truck, I am wanting to buy a 98. 5 or newer 3500 quad cab 4x4 5 or 6 speed, i own a 95 power stroke now and i am not to happy with it and i was just wondering if the cummings is a better choice?

But for the record CUMMINS is the best and the rest of 'em just make us look better.

Thanks, can anybody tell me what ISB means? and what kinda mpg can i expect with 4 10s?
