Hello, I'm a new member here in the souther California area. I used to be an active member at another site (chevy and dodge), but got tired of a monitors negitive responses against me and others. I've been reading many of the posts here, and see most if not all of the members are very polite and helpful.



Question,



I've noticed no pictures in the posts that I've read. Am I missing something or does nobody attach them to their posts?



Also, no avatar's? I thought they added a nice personal touch.



Anyway, I am looking forward to getting to know this group.

Lots of posts with pictures around but there are also LOTS of posts too. Can't help with posting any pictures either as I have never tried.



Can't help with the avatar's either, but my guess would be it takes up a lot of extra bandwidth and server resources.

Avtars were eliminated my management for performance reasons. You can attach small pictures directly to a post, or you can attach link to pictures posted on other web servers. using the IMG or http:// buttons.

Pictures can be attached to posts directly but they have to be really small (less than 32k). The easiest way to add then is to put them in a readers rigs gallery and link to them using the forum codes. Welcome.
