Hello I'm a new member just joined the TDR club a couple days ago and figured I would say hi..... I own a black 99 2500 quad cab with 8' bed it has the sport appearance package with all of the options inside... . I have the SS panels on the side's and 285-75-16 cooper st's, bush waker fender flares... . I have a warren brush guard and wench, Westin SS platinum nerf bars, lund fast back spoiler (that I put on in the summer) and diamond plated bed rails, and a diamond tool box that I put on in the winter, for the reason I plow snow and carry lots of winter supplies that I or someone else may need. I just put a 304 SS. Silverline 4" exhaust on in the beginning of March I love the truck had it since 9-10-01 it had 31,610 miles on when I bought it, it now has just alittle over 84,000 now. Never did anything to it except regular maintance "change oil and filter every 3,000 use Shell Rotela 15-40 and use Wix filters and grease between changes" Trans. oil and filter every 25,000..... Till this year... . IN the end of January I put a new lift pump on it, then from there I put 4 new ball joints, sway bar link, drag link and just last friday I put a new fuel solenoid in the fuel tank, the old one rusted up where the fuel lines hook onto and was leaking pretty bad..... Quite the expensive part $417. 00 + tax did the installation myself with some help from my Father and Brother-in-law. I think overall I have gotten lots of service from the Tk... . no shame for the front end parts the plow I use is a new Western V PLow with the Ultra mount system that weighs 880 lbs... Lots of weight with the cummins above it to boot..... Been thinking of adding some juice, any input would be appreciated... . only thing I have done to the motor is put a K&N filter on it..... I checked the Block I don't have the dreaded "53" I lucked out... . mine has a bunch of #'s on it where the 53 should be and above that it has "M6" not sure what that means just glad it is not a 53 from what I have read... . Well everyone take care and will tty all later..... Don
