Dyno Results..

For starters, some thanks:

Mundo, for rounding up sponsors, coordinating with Courtney at flash, etc.

Newly, for making us some sweet T-shirts, stickers and help with coordination.

Mace, for his help with keeping track of all the dyno numbers.

Joe for writing us a magazine article.

All of our sponsors: Flash, Acc Unlimited, Desert rat, trucks unique, central motive power, Auges and Mountain States Ravelco.

First off, the top 5 finishers:

#1 Reymundo Gutierrez 02 Dodge 24 valve 626hp 1141tq

#2 Newly Tolf 04 Chevy LB7 Duramax 554hp 1135 tq(nitrous)

The classes would have finished as follows:

#2 Derek Neil 03 Chevy LB7# 506 889 (Water/Meth)

Modified:

If there is anyone that still looks at this page for updates on the new mexico stuff, I just wanted to let you know it all goes down on the nmtdr forum. Not much action here anymore. .

A buddy of mine here at work (Scott Rose) had his 05 cummins stolen last night in taylor ranch. It was a red, 4 wheel drive, short bed 4-door.

Had gauges (3) on the a pillar, stock chrome wheels and tires. It has an exhaust on it, but not tip and uses the stock tailpipe. Also had a smarty and EZ on it, but you cant see that stuff.

Aftermarket pioneer radio, with satellite radio antenna on the front upper cab.

I guess my wife upset a TDR guy here in Silver City blowing to much smoke, I'm sorry she doesn't know how to control the smoke like I do and sorry I'm not going to take my TDR sticker off my window, I guess I'll just have to add my DHRA sticker too. Just be glad it's Ultra low sulfer and I don't have my stacks anymore... (LOL) When you have the mods I do, you can't really help it. The Smarty alone makes her smoke pretty bad, sorry again... I guess SOOT HAPPENS

CHolman, I am impressed with the performance of my Hi Tech 66 with 13 cm2 stainless housing. You can drive normally with no smoke, yet it suppports big power.

I wished that stainless housing would have been available when I got my 64, but they where still a few weeks out and my SPS blew a part, so I needed a turbo like now. I control the smoke, but my wife doesn't. Having the SMARTY on 8 and TST on 4/3 and rail pressure on 3 doesn't help any... (LOL) She runs strong and seems to be really happy at those settings...

My wife has the same prob driving my 12V. she hammers down at like 1200rpm, I look in the mirror and she has blacked everyone out. She says some thing like "your truck is slo... oh my god" when it spools... and then she is spinning tires. I get a kick out of it.

BTW, for those of you that read this page that are not on NMTDR, Luis's truck got featured in diesel power this month, 5 pages worth of it. September, page 68.

Red 2nd gen 4x4

Jeff , was that you Wednesday evening giving me a quick puff of smoke ... was heading WB on I-40 with a stack of trailers behind the silver dually, whomever it was headed south on the 25.

Yup, that was me!!! I passed you and noticed the TDR sticker... yet didnt notice where the plate was from. I slowed down hoping you would pass and I could see the plate.

I woulda gave you a nice cloud, but the last TDR member I "supposedly" did that too got all ticked off and ranted on here about how irresponsible that is.

Nice truck man... do you ever drop off trailers at accutrac in belen?

Headed back home, got in at 2am, left here at 9 the morning before headed to Shawnee Ok. Not bad time, huh!:-laf Don't go to Accutrac, these were mine, (notice sig) wonder if they would be interested in handling those, what do you think? Trucks not in too bad of shape for 188k.

I personally dont know what accutrac handles now. They might be interested in some of yours though, for sure. Ive never dealt with them much, but I was told by someone a while back that the buy that delivers accutrac's trailers switched between a marroon 3rd gen and a silver 3rd gen, and had a TDR sticker in one of them. Thats why I was wondering.

The trailers looked nice though. Do you handle larger stuff too, like GN stuff?

Jeff

I can get pretty much anything in an open style trailer, what do you have in mind? My personal 40' PJ is somewhat up for sale at present, might have to get a 3 car wedge for a job coming up.

No, not you. I didnt "supposedly" smoke you out... I flat out covered you!!!!

Remember a long time ago that guy on here that got all ticked after one of our meets, said I ran red lights smoked everyone out, etc... . that guy.

MMier, I was just curious what all you carry. It seems as though I run across people all the time looking for trailers, and I wanted to keep you in mind.

I currently have a 18' utility (7K), a 28' GN (tripple 6K's) and some other crap (boat trailers, jet ski trailers, etc... ).

Next time someone asks me, I'll keep you in mind. In fact, werent you lookin for a trailer Luis??? a 40' er would be nice. . you could haul all the toys. ;)
