I am new to TDR, live in Moriarty drive a 03 SLT 4x4 DRW 4 door. I am all stock and not sure if I will add mod's. Had a 02 Ford 7. 3 with a couple of mod's and this truck runs better stock than the ford did with the mod's.

I injoy the TDR and all the info that is out their. I received my new member kit today and will slap my TDR sticker in the rear window for all to see.

My fiance's grandparents live in stanley. some times we do work up there too. you have probably seen where we are, that Big red metal building on the south side of I-40 just west of the first Moriarity exit. there are a bunch of tires outside. We are there from time to time.

Well sorta. Its kinda hard to run from a cop with an enclosed trailer behind you. I sorta tried to loose him, but after about 1/2 mile I decided to pull over. He pulled me over because he said I had no lights on the trailer. I looked in the mirror and the lights were working fine. So I argued with him, and he took my license and registration and was gone for like 20 minutes. kinda ticked me off. then he comes back and says that my trailer registration is expired. He cited me and left. I got out of the truck, went to the back and the plate said dec 05???? So I had to go to the courthouse to take care of something that never happened. Next time I see him, he's getting a big cloud of black #2 smoke! :-laf

yea i cant wait to read about that one too... in the los lunas paper with argo eating asphalt and night sticks! :-laf :-laf :-laf on that subject, and this goes for all you guys, i have busted my buddies outta jail before and i will do it again! he he i made some crackheads cover their ears on central at about 0300 this morning on my way home, i have done it many times but it never gets old!! as for breakfast, i wish i could, but the first weekend of the month is always a work weekend for us guard members, so no go there. again for everyone, i have a digital camera with everything from pics to videos with sound and you are all welcome to use it for your galleries or whatever (me and wagn are going to make smoke videos) fyi. welcome shannon! and hey lunch at noon is fine with me, let me know mmmmm bobs

How about takin some vids up on highway 6 one day or something like that? Maybe the paved road behind Tome hill? any other suggestions?

I made a video last year with my yellow power wagon. I took a set of 30" tires and put them on wheels just for the back. I smoked them at about 80mph for like a full minute. the entire driver side of the truck was black from rubber. I have two balls of rubber that are about 6" in diameter. a 400hp 360 will really smoke 30's! Oo.

I have some 16. 5 inch 8-lug rims and some 15" 8-lug rims if you have tires to put on them to smoke. Heck, I guess I could get some tires for us too since I haul used tires! Let me know if you want some to smoke and what size... .



speaking of tires, those of you that want some slightly larger tires for your 2nd gen (tell mario) you can get 305-70-16 nitto terra grapplers in a load range E now. they are available from discount for like 730$ mounted, lifetime balancing, lifetime rotation, and lifetime replacement warranty.

No, my 15" 8-lugs are custom made with like 1" backspacing. they will fit your truck.

I'll go through some of the tires we haul in the future and get some decent sets out.

we wont laugh at you. Heck, I cant even smoke them in my CTD other than 3rd gear. Sidestepping it is pretty hard!

Denny's was just a suggestion - about the only place in Albuquerque I could think of. Choose some place we can all meet and have a great breakfast - I'm sure everybody, their twin brother, and third cousin will attend - well a lot of us will anyway.

Hey Luis, I raced Ben Sego this morning (your old neighbor). We came to the light at N El Cerro and 47 and he started doing a burnout. So while he was screwing around, I dropped it in 4-hi (the roads were wet!). I pulled him by like 10 car lengths! (seriously). But when he called me to tell me that I smoked him (literally) he said he has a BD transmission on the floor of their shop waiting for it. then he wants an edge comp. So looks like he will be another possible contender at our drag strip meet! now if I can get him to join... .

I figured anything I can do to make our club known is good. I have also been putting flyers in other Cummins winshields.

I think membership is up to like 18 already!

DTW has had a NM chapter for a year or so and they are only at 15 members. Looks like were doin good so far!
