No more sending in for a twins flash!

----------------------------------------

Detailed Description

NEW Lower Price with More Features

Programs in ALL NEW POWERMAXCR™ R49's

What it does

• Economy Setting

Geared toward fuel economy

• Standard Setting TST's Original Programming

• Early Twins Setting 03-04 Twin Turbo Programming

• Late Twins Setting 04. 5-06 Twin Turbo Programming

• Adjustable Timing Setting User Control timing up to 18 degrees

• Auto Cool-Down Turbo Cool Down Control

• Adjustable Rail Pressure Control added rail from none to ...

----------------------------------------------------------

As well :

Rail Pressure Gauge: This screen is optional and will only display if you have the rail pressure option (only available for some TST POWERMAXCR™ serial numbers 5000 and above). It will display the rail pressure in thousands, so 15,500 psi will display as 15. 5.

Rail Pressure Control: This screen is optional and will only display if you have the rail pressure option (only available for some TST POWERMAXCR™ serial numbers 5000 and above). It will control the rail pressure increase, OFF (stock, no rail pressure increase), 1, 2, . . . up to 9 levels. On the Economy program only: the last level is rail pressure reduction, which shows “-9”. This is for when you need to reduce smoke. It reduces rail pressure to cut power about in half. On all other programs, level 9 is the maximum rail pressure increase. On the tt05/tt03 programs only: Warning, rail pressure levels 8 and 9 will exceed both the sensor and bypass valve limits and will most likely blow the bypass valve.

Yea, the only problem is the guys like me with an earlier serial number R49 can't get the Rail Pressure Options or Features. There is no upgrade path for us users(Does kind of suk). Sell privately and purchase new if you want those features.

Fortunately I have a Rail Pressure gauge and pressure box, so I have sent mine in for upgrade to all the other features.

Seems like a big drop in rail pressure would increase smoke and egt. My truck wont hold rail pressure right now and the lower it goes the smokier and hotter she gets.

No gauges

So if you have the Power Max with no gauges you can't upgrade? My serial number is in the 1400 range on my TST box. Does anyone know what kind of upgrade I can do? I've tried emailing them but I get no response. Thanks.

Any serial number under 5000 CANNOT get the rail pressure add on...

But you can still get the cool idea of all 4 programs (twins 03&05, ECONO, and regular) in just one box and select any of them.

I think maybe they may be able to someday make it where falling rail pressure will pull some duration back out to maintain said rail presssure...

That would be cool!

A good reason to have two ;) ... you know just "in case"

And for friends that you want to have bitten by the bug

I got mine today and I dont think it is the right harness 'cause it does not have anyway to hook into the cp3.

I call tomorrow and find out!

Yes I like to have two of everything, but at $1,000 I may have to wait on the second TST PMCR R49 with all bells and whistles.

Need new tires very soon and that's gonna take a big bite outa my butt. :{

It most likely plugs into the rail, right by the MAP sensor like other pressure boxes.

like i said tho the harness does not have the connector for the cp3, it is the wrong harness.

tst will make it right, they are good people.

There is no TST powermax currently made that connects directly to the CP3...

Rail pressure - no

Update to use 4 different programs and fancy timing adjustments - YES!
