How can one tell physically? i just ordered mine two weeks ago and it's sitting the garage waiting to be installed. I'll send it back if its not the latest. I just want that CP3 pressure feature. that's sweet.

bummer... the new box came out Sept. 1st. I purchased Aug. 25th. Just missed it. They said to send back and they will due the update.

If it doesn't add power, why did they add it? Does it lower EGT's or increase throttle response?

THey did the same reason all of us added pressure via EZ/etc --- It does lower egt for the given HP and does smooth out the power band big time.

Keep in mind with proper mods that it WILL add HP...

I was never really clear on whether the EZ added power or just improved throttle response.

That's I didn't understand. Thank you for explaining it. I have a BDDL. On the 130 hp setting it was extremely responsive, but smokey. That must have been the pressure.

I believe a re-program would be needed as well to operate the R49 remote...





I did find out that even the non-gauged PMCR gets the 4-programs deal... . Oo.

Yes, I have the non gauge PMCR and was told to send it in and they would re-program it. I forgot to ask if I could purchase the R49 remote in order to benifit from the entire re-program.

(drooling) I am a BIG fan of EFI Live after seeing what it can do in the Duramax ECM. That will truly be the end all to end all if your only concern is making big power. That is gonna be sweet!! The only problem I foresee there is going to be with folks that don't understand what they are doing. Your basically writing your own fueling tables. :-laf Oo.

I am a dealer for TST, Although this new TST pmcr is also available to all TST dealers and from TST directly.





Also based upon the chevy trucks and EFI live I will be really happy when that comes out. . I mean the adjustability is just amazing!

yea its going to be sick, not exactly like the efi, but close.
