ok..... question is how much do theators have to pay for movies? like the Matrix reloaded. . or any new movie?? any one know?

This might have changed but

It used to be the theater paid a variable percentage of their take to the film company. Percentage was based one the movie's popularity. If no one shows up to watch the movie they pay nothing.
