New (older model) 115 Mercury 4 stroke woth a Yamaha Powerhead

Ok - what's the scoop on these engines... . I looked here and there seems like some issues with lower rivetrain noises that don't appear on the Yamaha..... can get one new at a good deal..... recommendation
