I was just reading an article on the new power strokes and they have 325 horses straight from the factory. I doubt I have that with my EZ and 275's. I love my dodge but seems like they are getting one up on us now.

a little bit more power and torque the new psd g2 has, but it is a little higher in the rpm band also isn't it?

I say put all three of them side by side with the same weight at about 16000# would be a good start, pulling the same 7 - 8 % grade for 8 miles with the same driver, driving the same way in each rig and see witch one reaches the top first. It still comes down to personal preference, I'll stay with my RAM.

All kidding aside a Duramax will eat the new 03 Cummins alive, not even close from what I felt driving them both. Last PSD I drove was the 275HP/6 speed ZF combo and it would have trashed a stock 01 HO Cummins too. Put 10K pounds on them and see you say? Well, find a dealer that will let me I say. Stock to stock with empty trucks the Dmax is king of power.
