New PrimeLoc Now idle prob

I installed a primeloc system and now when
the truck is warmed up it idles low/rough.
It runs fine at all other RPM's. Any
suggestions?

I think you're sucking air somewhere,recheck your connections. I never use teflon tape with diesel, it will leak, best product I've found is Permatex#2 gasket goop. Good luck.

I used Loctite brand Teflon thread sealer "pipe dope" on all threaded connections, making sure I kept the sealer away from the ends of the fittings. Seems to me I had a slight idle problem for a few startups after adding my Prime-Loc, nothing too serious though. Over the course of a day or two all the remaining air was purged from the system.

In the event that is not excatly your problem, did you make sure the two remote mount hoses were connected in the EXACT manner described in the installation instructions? Also, are you absolutely sure the large O-ring on the remote TAKEOFF mount (that is bolted in place of the OE canister) remained in place during installation? Additionally, if you mounted the Prime-Loc flow restriction gauge, did you make sure you added the two small O-rings at the appropriate port locations? Are they both correctly seated?
