the 3/4" overflow tube off of the filler neck---from on top of the tank there's about a 12"+/- piece of rubber hose before it connects to the metal overflow tube --I just spliced in a tee---it's been working fine--the only thing is the truck must be turned off when fueling or you are going to get doused----chris

I got my pusher on yesterday;

1. 15psi guage is pegged at all times except WOT, when it will come down to 12psi or a little less.

Wondering whether there may be negatives to that much pressure?? for the injector pump, or for the gauge setup.

Anyone got ideas on this issue?

2. I used a hot when ignition in run position wire to trigger the relay to avoid working in the tight space around the OEM filter and did not see right off how to access position 87 on the starter relay.

I put a WIX spin on filter between tank and pump.

3. Its too noisy, SNOWMAN with your sound deadening system, were you working where the fram in boxed? Did you go through both sections? If not please explain, I would sure like to reduce the noise level!

I went thru the inside section only,there is a square hole in the frame right in front of where the pump is mounted,I can access the back side for the sway bar end links,and bolts thru this square hole.

Thanks Snowman;

I did not look at that too hard, but it seemed that the combination of how far back I was mounting mine and the transfer case, made it look difficult. I will be taking another look because the noise bugs me.
