Well, I finally got the "call" from the stealership. Pulled up in my Honda mini-van and saw it there. It was the only Atlantic Blue-Two tone, Diesel 4X4 with a 6-speed on the lot. Man let me tell ya, it looked even better than I ever imagined. I've only had it two days and I already spent over $3,000. 00 in add-ons. I have to slow down or I'll have a heart attack. I have gotten good deals on everything for the truck except the "Westin" step bars. The stealer was running a pro-mo. $395. 00 plus tax, installed. It seemed like a reasonable price except that they forgot to tell me about the $27. 00 "Environmental Fee". What the HELL is that crap?? That is a healthy chunk of change to let out of the original estimate, IMHO. So far that is my only grip. They did install the Dodge mud flaps and wheel well liners as part of the deal. All in all, I love the truck!! Thanks for all the assistance and info. on this site. I also love reading the TDR magazine. I'll be checking my fuel mileage as I go along. Next stop, triple gauges. No Bombing in my future, stock power is more that enough for what I pull. Love that Cummins Diesel. To bad the Cummins Service Center, just down the street from my house, wanted "EIGHT" hours to install an exhaust brake!!! I guess that is one purchase I wont have to incur.
