2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission New Ranch hand legend Front bumper in on.

I just got a brand new ranch hand legend bumper for my rig. I got it on and it is built very stout. just what I expected.



BUT... ... ..... The bad part is fit and finish leave a LOT to be desired. It wasn't welded straight on driverside the flashing doesn't even come close to matching body line under driver light and grill gaurd sits an inch closer on this side also. I will call the guy I bought it from in a couple days to see what he want to do about it. I will post pics in a couple days also.

I have the same issue on my 06. The right front corner is rusting through the paint as well, bad pitted weld is the cause. I took it to Ranch Hand in OKC. They are going to replace it under warranty due to the paint. When I showed them the difference in the gap like yours, they told me that the factory has made some changes in the welding and powered coat processes so the new one will fit better. We will see in a couple of weeks when the new one gets here. Don't get me wrong, I like the bumper alot.

The place I bought it from gave me $200 back so it cost me 800 even after shipping. Better than the 1200-1400 some dealers wanted for them.

A deer creamed the stock bumper so the insurance company paid all but $50 of the $980 for mine. .

It is a RANCH HAND bumper, it is not a Buck Stop, FabFour or Alien bumper. Why do you think it was so much cheaper?? These are your very basic working truck (Farmer) bumpers.

I see the problem... . youre truck has a bent frame causing the bumper to be off.....
