I have been shopping for a rear bumper for awhile and finally decided on the one made by Hammerhead Armor. It arrived yesterday in the late afternoon, uncrated it, inventoried parts and started removing old one. Finished installing the new one this morning. Installation was fairly easy and the instructions had nice color photos to help those who are 'challenged' in following instructions. A good helper is needed to help lift and hold it in place till a couple of bolts can be loosely installed on each side. Weight of the new one is 108-109 lbs. Still have to wire up the LED back up lights on their own circuit.

Not bad at all. I like the Buckstop bumpers. I am still debating on getting a new front bumper. About the same price as yours also.

Are those little lights just to the inside of the welded eyes? What is that thing just above the light (if that's what it is) just to the right of the center of the bumper? I really like that style of bumper with the foot pockets in the corners. I recently traded a guy a set of well worn tires for a Ranch Hand front bumper with a set of fog lights, so now I'm on the hunt for a rear bumper to match.

The center area just contains 2 small LED lights(1 each side) for the license plate, OEM trailer electrical plug(bumper came w/all holes for install), & 4 holes, the 2 larger lower ones are for mounting bumper(just like stock one has) and the 2 smaller upper ones are for mounting the license plate(2 nylon inserts go into holes for screws). Far right is the manufactures plate.

I appreciate you sharing your new bumper with us. I must admit that I had never heard of Hammerhead prior to this thread. That rearend looks very nice, and I too like the foot wells. This is now on my list of future mods!

Thanks,
