So they have to use on road technology offroad now. Just means more money. Itll take 20-30 years to phase out whats in use now.

The thing in the article that caught my eye was the amount of deaths per year they attribute to off road diesels and the amount of missed work days. How the heck did they come up with that and how much did that study cost us.
