Connecting Rods

I'm having one custom made right now for a customer that wanted to put real shells in there. Primers intact and he can store 6 extra shots when the road rage doesn't subside as quickly as you want. ;) I can get more if anyone is interested.

Yeah, they probably would, but we won't be sure until we try one out. I'll let you know how they work out once we get one built and installed. I'm trying to make them fit as close as possible to keep the slop down to a minimum.

I haven't heard back from the customer that wanted the knob, so I'm not sure if it will even happen.

Do you know where I can find primers that are not fired without the powder inside?

Oh man I wanty one! HOWEVER (Here we go :-laf ) I am a big . 500 Magnum fan and have an extra cylinder ... . Hmmmmm Bahh then it's a shifting table rather than a knob  oh yeah I also need a trans to go with it

Like any other S&W fan I want one that is pre lock and is recessed and Pinned ... just kidding ... LOL

Would look better with Nickel cases instead of brass :D

Cool design ... I like it :D

Kevin

I've gotten my shift knob, this piece is nice, looks like i could stick it right in my Smith 29.

I ordered this one to store live rounds, Loaded with 240 gr soft tips i've noticed no rattling and they are pretty easy to get out.

Right idea, wrong caliber

Here we go again. Now ya gotta make one for every caliber. I just realized I don't have my . 44 mag anymore. My carry piece is 9mm and there's a . 45 Sig semi-auto in the center divider. So what can you say to someone like me but get outta here, feller, I ain't making one of these in every friggin' caliber.

What's that ya say, son, you want one w/. 22 cartridges in it? Wait until you grow up and git a driver license!

. 45 Colt with 225 gr. Silvertips, please.

Hmmmm... . what if I just had an insert in the shift lever that would accept a real, loaded cylinder?

How about a holster shift knob that you could just stick the whole gun in?!!

Then you get that whole "driving around with a loaded weapon" thing, which doesn't work so well in non-CCW states.

Actually allot of states that do not allow Concealed carry, allow carrying loaded handguns in vehicles in plain sight.

By the way a 500 S&W cylinder for the transfercase would be cool.

Maybe - if you can get around the "schools" problem (federal, not state).

Holster gear shift

You may have been kidding about that, spooled up, but you're closer to where some people are in their thinking. More states are granting CCW permits and more people are exercising their Second Amendment right to keep and/or bear arms. If you want to know why, just read the morning paper.

The country is full of idiots that had just as soon shoot you as not and people don't like feeling helpless. Personally, I want every bad guy on the road to think I've got a pistol in my hand just waiting for him to jump me.

I don't know that I'd want a holster for a gear shift but a nice ready place to park a gun otherwise would be welcome. A well-armed citizenry is the best insurance in the world to keep a person or store from being robbed.

I was kidding about the holster gear shift knob.

I think Texas has the right idea. Every criminal in the state really has to think twice about robbing someone because chances are good that they will defend their property and not just their life.

Armed to the teeth twice

No maybe about it, buy THIS BOOK if your carrying while traveling Best 12. 95 you can spend.

federal property is off limits to carrying anyway.

Rick

The federal Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act supersedes local or state laws that restrict qualified retired police officers from carrying weapons. The law (sponsored by Sen. Leahy, of all people, and signed by President Bush) adds tens of thousands of retired but now armed police officers to the number of people terrorists and would-be criminals must worry about.

But a criminal would have to be really stupid to take on the driver of a Cummins-powered truck. Not only is the truck mean Oo. , there's an even chance the driver is too. Oo. Oo.

Not just Texans.
