Just got done hooking up that green rocker switch from pac brake to controll my Jacobs. The light on the switch only comes on when the brake is working but that is OK. Here is also a pic of my hand on activating the switch, turning it off is easier, I just slide the thumb down and push it. Is out of the way for normal shifting, just rotate forward a bit and I reach the switch. Works good

Notice I still have the old switch in there, it is not hooked up, I just put it back in there for better looks... ...

I wired up the switch green to green, white to black and black to yellow. Light on the switch comes on when the delay is over and brake works.
