I loaded the stock injector, aftermarket turbo program and when the truck gets up to temp the idle is about 650 rpm. Seems low, kind of concerned about oil pressure. Any one else have this problem????

I have tried,,,, 3 & 5... perfect. I do believe you are getting 5 more pounds of boost with your software. I have the plastic intercooler,,, otherwise I would be running the same software as you.

5lbs? I see 40ish on level 5.

I don't know if my intercooler is plastic or not. I don't know that I have ever checked. :-laf

flawless operation aftermarket turbo stock injectors mod tq only complaint comes from my transmission man im need a full billet soon. thought i would do without till i loaded the new updates. wonderful guys i recommend them to anyboby with a dodge.

what do you see stock??? 30-32? Your are putting some torque to the skins,,,

Yeah a max of 32, but levels out at 28ish stock.

I see 40+ now, but try to keep it to 40 max if I can.

I dynoed last April on Level 5 at 391/809. The next time I can get to a dyno I will try level 9 and see how it goes.

You are putting down some good numbers. I am going run-try the software program you are running... I think you have an aluminum intercooler us 2005 owners got screwed on that one. :)

Speaking of oil pressure. My guage shows 45 psi. cold. I put a manual test guage on mine and it was actually 65 psi. cold

just in case you didn't know, the factory "gauge" is nothing more than an idiot light that moves a needle according to engine speed and temperature.

the ecm doesn't have a sensor. just a switch set at 7 psi. on/off is all the ecm sees...

Yep, just an idiot light.

Those numbers were with the old SW that came with my Smarty.

The next dyno day that I will probably make it to will either be in February or April.

sorry guys i think there is something wrong with my tach. I was at a stop light today and watched it go from 800 to 500 and back, but no change in the engine. Any ideas????

I would guess that is ecm related or crank/cam position sensor I forget which one gives the ecm rpm info. You may have already mentioned but have you went back to stock and then reloaded Smarty?

I just rented a Dodge charger on vacation and I saw it go from operating rpm, per the tac, to 6k, down to zero, and back to original in about 3sec, the engine never changed rpm or missed I just happened to be looking at the tac when it happened. It just sort of farted.

My old T100 Toyota had tach issues like that also.

It was funny to be driving down the freeway and see the tach jumping around from 0 to 5,000rpm and back.
