Actually I didnt bother with the dealership to get it aligned. The place I took it to said it was way out, and the "boss" has a Dodge with a diesel and it was way out as well.

Just bringing this back up to the top and posting what box came on my 2001 built on 09-15-00. I got a Delphi box that has cast on the top "26078664"

There is a sticker on top with two numbers; "P52113500AF" and "TNG2520A1881" The number ending in AF appears to be the part number as inferred from the other posts. So I would say that the Delphi box is the "AF" box.

Steering is OK, but as I posted a couple of weeks ago, seems to require a fair amount of input while driving. I wouldn't exactly call it a wander, maybe more like a little input goes a long way, so I am constantly trying to recover from that. Seems to track straight with zero input, and is very tight, no play at all. After driving for about 600 miles total so far, I am getting used to it. Last weekend I drove the Grand Am, which I consider(ed) to have good steering. Man, I was all over the lane, maybe it is just what a fellow gets used to????? Maybe I am imagining things on the RAM based on the preconceived notion that it WOULD wander??
