Tried that too even sent them copys of the letter and my invoices... ... Same answer "There is No Recall on these parts at this time, maybe in the future there will be but NOT RIGHT NOW!"

Well it might be worth your time then to report what your Dealer is telling you here and let them know that the Dealer is not honoring the recall Chrysler released to them. Otherwise I guess just buy the parts

I would except the dealer is not the problem, the dealer is just waiting for athorization from Chrysler. The problem is Chrysler, they are saying that there is NO RECALL! They notified the feds that there was a problem but they are saying there is no recall! just let us cust swing in the wind with no support... ... ... And they wonder why my next truck just might be a Toyota if they come out with a Diesel... ...

Unfortunately a manufacturer has to notify NHTSA of an impending recall before they notify consumers. If NHTSA releases the information before the manufacturer is ready to complete the recall this is what you get. It may seem like they are ignoring you but I'm sure there are things behind the scenes that keeps the process from moving forward. And until the call center receives the official recall notice they are not going to know anything about it. They don't work for NHTSA, they work for Chrysler, and when Chrysler announces the recall they will be informed so they can answer customer concerns. I think this is the third time I've said it. If your that bothered, buy the recall parts or the new PN complete kit and save all your documentation for reimbursement after the recall is announced. If you gave the call center your VIN they have a record of your calls and concern.
