new style mirrors

Just mounted new style flip out towing mirrors on my 96 4x. I purchased the complete kit from the local Dodge dealer. These came with two mirrors and the reinforcing brackets. They were easy to install. They do not vibrate when driving down the road. Visibility is great. They also have spotter mirrors mouted in them which helps greatly. Flip them out and see around my 5er no problem. They are expensive. My cost was 285. 00 for the kit. I feel it is well worth it. No holes to drill.

Smokey, do you have a picture or Mopar part number for the kit. I would like to check those out.

The part number for the kit is 82206157. This is both mirrors, hardware, extra christmas trees for the door panel and the backing plates. A competitive price is around $200. I got mine from MOPAR4LESS. http://www.mopar4less.com
