Have a buddy with a 2014 SRW 3500 w/ 68RFE with serious pedal lag. Dealership (Huntington Beach Dodge) installed this on his truck recently: http://www.pedalbox.com/en/home/

The website doesn't show a listing for Ram trucks, but apparently, it works just fine with later model Ram trucks.

Buddy claims it's like driving a completely different truck now.

More evidemce that a throttle booster/"drive by wire signal modifier" installed between the pedal and ecu doesn't affect your warranty. The dealership would need to advise againat it if it affected warranty?

lol not really.HB dodge also installed Dr Performance modules on VP44s and DTT transmissions.They are a profit driven company first,warranty is just a necessary part of being a franchise.They sell way more trucks than they can service.

We were advised at MayMadness if using BD's throttle sensitivity booster to just remove it before going to the dealer.

I agree with Sno. I think this is a problem that could be revised with a software update, but until Chrysler does that, we are left with aftermarket accessories to fix it. My truck seems fine to me, but this is my first auto transmission behind a Cummins and I'm still occasionally looking for a clutch pedal with the left foot. I don't hotrod my trucks or drag race flatbill kids driving riced out Fords from stoplights, so it's entirely possible that I don't notice the throttle lag.

I'll see if I can get a part# for the Pedalbox brand that was installed on my buddies Ram.
