New Tires for my 2003

I recently purchased a new set of factory Michelins for my 2003 3/4 ton 4x4- CHEAP!!! I called around to numerous Discount Tire Companies here in San Antonio and asked if they had any factory "take offs" available. Most of the stores I called didn't have the factory tires I was looking but, I was able to locate a Dodge Truck dealership here that resold tires that were on new trucks for $75 each! Not bad considering that Discount Tire wanted $210 each.

Heck yea, you think like me. My BFG's were getting a bit low at 45K, so I just started asking around if any of my buddies knew anyone who bought a new truck, and obviously had too much money for their own good and put a new set of wheels and tires on theirs and had some take-offs laying around. Eventually, probably 3 weeks later I had a set of 06 Mega Cab Cromies and Michelins in my garage for less than what I could buy 2 new Michelins for!!!! Pays to wait around!!! Good job!!!
