I got a deal on some 285-75-17 Toyo AT's w/stock rims. They are only 1. 3" taller and 14# heavier but I can feel the additional rotating mass with just this minor difference. These are as big as I'll go with my camper and stock clutch. I've got four forged stockers w/ toyo 285-70-17's now in the shed. I might just sell them.

I am going to OR in June, we could swap depending on what you have.

If you are looking for stock tires and wheels I think we have some at my Father-in-laws house that he is not using. I'm not sure of the mileage I would have to go look.

If you still have them in May/June why don't you PM me.

Are you talking wheels and tires or just tires?

My wheels are not that important to me, if someone with a set of stockers would by my tires I would trade wheels at no cost. They gotta be the aluminum wheels though.

I personally have H2 wheels now. I will check and see if my FIL has some aluminum ones he may want to trade.

i gained 2mpg getting out of the toyo mt's. went with same size toyo mt's. i would just run at 2400rpms and live with it. mileage is gonna suck either way. if you go off road, i would keep em. if not, give them to joe:)

Overdrive is pretty tall on the 48re, taller than the manual trans trucks

edit its official, I Neutered my truck. . I am now running 285/70 Dura Grapplers, smooth, quiet & a tad more rpm's
