Just installed some new BFG 315x75x16 AT's and some new Dick Cepek wheels on the truck to replace the old American Racing wheels that were pretty trashed. I have an adjustable trackbar that I recently put on and the wheels are alight left/right with the same measurements, but what I've found is that the passenger side seems to be an inch further back than the drivers side, any clue as to what I need to adjust? I'm getting the passenger side tire cut up by the back of the fender when turning more than just a little bit and at full lock, it hits the plastic inside of the fender. I do have a 2" leveling kit on the front that's been there for about 5 years now, and I am planning on adding a Lorenz system in a few months, but with vacation coming up it's got to wait.

I'm sorry to hi-jack this, but what points were you measuring from to make sure your front axle was centered from side to side? Just from the tires to the frame rail?

I rigged up a plumbbob on both the fenders on the outside of the truck down to the tires and from the frame down to the axle, on the tires just used that for rough estimate, used knuckle joint to frame on the inside frame for the real measurement, then I jacked the truck over using a bottle jack between the tire and the frame to get the truck in alignment with the axle.
